What's unseen shapes everything.
SISÄ Solutions offers understanding and solutions for homeowners and small businesses focused on achieving optimal health in their indoor environments.
Our mission is to provide clear answers on issues that often have differing opinions, can feel overwhelming, or even false. We are a sounding board for those that want answers on how the outside environment affects the spaces we spend 90% of our time in, and how those same spaces will significantly deplete or support us.
We provide third party data and research in our consulting process, focusing on the 5 broad areas commonly associated with the U.S. Green Building Council-LEED for assessing your indoor environmental quality (IEQ).
ODOR • THERMAL COMFORT • ACOUSTIC COMFORT • AIR QUALITY • LIGHTING/DESIGN
While considered in LEED green building practices, we at SISÄ expanded our full IEQ range for homes and small businesses to include the following.
INDOOR WATER QUALITY • SURFACE HEALTH • CHEMICAL LOAD REDUCTION
We want our clients to feel a sense of agency and knowledge from the start, ensuring that any chosen solutions align with their personal values. Through expert consulting and in-home testing, we address your specific concerns while providing science-backed long-term IEQ solutions. And our annual partnership with you provides one important thing. No work for you. No maintenance or insecurity 5 year down the road. Just healthy space. This guarantees that your investments are maintained, working effectively and are flexing with anything that changes outside.
Because we have o% control over what happens out there. We DO have 100% control of what happens in here.

Because in today's world, our health begins inside.
Water Intelligence
Many people may question their water hardness. Very few people are clear on concerns that go beyond that, and their impact on our largest investments and assets.
Chloramine, PFAS and other contaminant levels can greatly impactOur family and staff's health, time productivity and the buildings we live in.
We test these important indicators, and run county test results. We explain clearly the unique water table that is your water.
Only then do we explore practical solutions when warranted, and within your personal values and priorities.
Indoor Air Intelligence (IAQ)
We assess and consult with homeowners their Particulate Readings at 1 micron levels, potential allergens and IAQ as a whole.
With a greater understanding of how dust, odors, moisture, and everyday environmental exposures affect us, priorities become clear, and solutions become simple. This is why we always test in your home before identifying investment opportunities that reduce unnecessary chemical load and support healthier living spaces.
Surface Intelligence
Surface Health Assessment
An evaluation of the surfaces within your home and how they interact with dust, allergens, contaminants, and daily living. We review cleaning patterns, high-contact areas, material choices, and other factors that may affect cleanliness, comfort, and the long-term performance of your home.
